The Opportunity

The Society for Collegiate Leadership & Achievement (SCLA) is accepting applications for a limited number of seats on its National Advisory Board - a compensated leadership group of respected higher education professionals.

As a member, you’ll help shape leadership, career-readiness, and AI-driven programming that serves more than 100,000 students across 850+ campuses.

 

If selected, you’ll:

  • Be recognized nationally as part of a select network of professionals shaping student success across top institutions

What You'll Do

This role spans three primary areas of engagement:

  • Advisory Board Meetings: Participate in two 60-minute virtual sessions (October & March) to share insights on trends shaping student success
  • Programmatic Feedback: Attend live program review calls or provide asynchronous input on SCLA’s leadership and career-readiness content through short-form surveys or reviews
  • Support SCLA Locally: Serve as a campus contact, offering light-touch support to help facilitate student access to SCLA membership and resources

Estimated total time commitment: 10–12 hours per academic year.
