Joe Whittinghill
Former Chief Learning Officer MicrosoftJoe Whittinghill is a seasoned talent and learning leader with over two decades of experience at a leading global tech company. He has played a pivotal role in shaping organizational culture through innovative learning initiatives, including the development of a personalized learning platform and leadership competency frameworks.
With a deep foundation in adult learning science and neuroscience, Joe has consistently driven transformation in leadership development, fostering a “learn-it-all” culture that empowers employees to continuously grow and adapt.
As a strategic advisor and keynote speaker, Joe specializes in embedding sustainable learning practices into large, diverse organizations. His expertise in virtual and blended learning models has been especially valuable in guiding managers and teams through complex transitions, ensuring they stay connected, resilient, and focused.
Passionate about leveraging insights and analytics, he actively promotes data-informed talent strategies that align purpose and performance while championing inclusive and adaptive workplace cultures.

Stedman Graham
Program Partner Business Executive, Educator, and AuthorStedman Graham is a seasoned business executive, educator, and author with a passion for helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential.
As CEO of his leadership development firm, he has spent decades guiding companies, educators, and professionals through strategies that center on identity, clarity of purpose, and authentic leadership. His work focuses on empowering people to understand who they are so they can lead with confidence and direction.
In addition to his executive work, Stedman is a New York Times bestselling author of numerous books on personal growth and leadership. He is also a respected speaker and teacher, known for his calm, thoughtful approach to development and his commitment to creating real impact.
Whether in the boardroom or the classroom, he inspires others to think deeply, act intentionally, and lead meaningful lives.

George Saad
Founder and Managing Partner PLATZ CapitalGeorge Saad is a multidisciplinary executive, entrepreneur, and attorney whose career spans leadership in finance, education, and law. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of PLATZ Capital, a lending brokerage focused on growth-stage and middle-market companies, and recently launched PLATZ JURIS, a full-service law firm with specialties in intellectual property, corporate law, compliance, and trusts.
Prior to founding his own firms, George served as Head of US/Latin America/Europe operations for SABIS Educational Systems, Inc., a family business founded by his great-grandfather in 1886. His background also includes founding ventures in real estate and tech, as well as years of consulting on family business, DEI, and organizational strategy.
George holds a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law, an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Northeastern University, and an MA in Economics from McGill University.

Daniel Koffler
President New FrontiersDaniel Koffler is the President of New Frontiers, an executive function coaching organization that empowers individuals to build the skills necessary for success—academically, socially, and professionally. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from George Washington University and is a proud member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
Through personalized coaching, New Frontiers supports clients with diverse abilities and goals, helping them grow into confident, independent self-advocates. Daniel’s passion for this work began early, rooted in his experience within his family’s special education business. There, he observed a consistent gap: many young people were entering adulthood without the executive function tools they needed to thrive. In response, he founded New Frontiers to close that gap—offering support to everyone from elementary students to working professionals navigating life’s transitions and striving to reach their full potential.

Shawn Seipler
Founder and CEO Clean the WorldShawn Seipler is the Founder and CEO of Clean the World, a global leader in hygiene and sustainability. Since 2009, the organization has distributed over 88 million bars of recycled soap to underserved communities in 127 countries and diverted more than 25 million pounds of waste from landfills.
Under Shawn’s leadership, Clean the World has partnered with over 8,000 hotels and resorts to turn discarded hygiene products into life-saving resources. He has been featured on CNN, the Freakonomics podcast, and numerous sustainability forums for his work in social impact and public health innovation.

Trey Vick
Chief Executive Officer V3 Capital Group, Classic Home Health Services, and Strive Senior LivingTrey Vick is the Chief Executive Officer of V 3 Capital Group, Classic Home Health Services, and Strive Senior Living. In these positions, he oversees operations while leading the efforts on new asset acquisition and expansion of the brands’ services. His industry background stems from commercial real estate banking and years working in the private sector acquiring assets and forming real estate investment funds.
Trey is a native Floridian and veteran of the United States Air Force. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and is a graduate from the Florida School of Banking at the University of Florida.
Trey also serves the community as a member of the Howard Phillips Center and Vice Chair of the Arnold Palmer Hospital Community Leadership Council. Trey is the recipient of three Orlando Business Journal 40 Under 40 Awards, a Veterans of Influence Award, and named as one of their CEOs of the Year. He also holds a title to 2019’s Argentum Senior Living Leaders Under 40 Award. In addition, his companies have been awarded multiple Best Places to Work awards, named as one of the Fast 50 Orlando growing companies, and honored as one of the Golden 100 Top Privately Held Companies in Central Florida.

Bryan Brenner
Experienced Executive, Advisor, and EntrepreneurBryan Brenner is an experienced executive, advisor, and entrepreneur with a passion for building strong workplace cultures and helping organizations thrive. He spent over two decades leading a successful employee benefits firm, guiding its growth and evolution before transitioning into a leadership role at a national consulting firm. With a talent for strategy and people-centered leadership, Bryan supports teams in aligning purpose with performance while navigating complex business challenges.
Known for his thoughtful, values-driven approach, Bryan brings a blend of empathy, vision, and momentum to every role he takes on. Whether he's mentoring leaders, shaping organizational culture, or contributing to strategic boards, he focuses on creating meaningful impact and fostering environments where individuals can do their best work.
Bryan remains deeply engaged in both professional and community spheres, continuously driven by curiosity, connection, and a desire to leave things better than he found them.

Christoph Ott
Founder, Quality Schools Executive Partner, GenerativeHumanaeChristoph M. Ott is a Swiss-based education leader and consultant focused on improving school quality, governance, and sustainability. He is the founder of Quality Schools, a consultancy supporting institutional change in primary and secondary education, and an Executive Partner at GenerativeHumanae, where he leads organizational development and leadership programs.
Previously, Christoph served as Managing Director and Head of Operations at Leysin American School in Switzerland. He holds an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from ETH Zurich and has conducted research in relational governance at the University of Bamberg.

T Paul Thomas
Director Northern Arizona Center for Non-Profit EntrepreneurshipT Paul Thomas is the Director of the Northern Arizona Center for Nonprofit Entrepreneurship and serves as an Assistant Professor of Practice and Executive in Residence at the W.A. Franke College of Business at Northern Arizona University. With more than 30 years of experience as a serial CEO and president, he has led over a dozen companies, including public, venture-backed, and international startups across multiple industries and continents. His work now focuses on mentoring students and strengthening the nonprofit sector through education and community engagement.
He is also the author of Serial CEO: Lessons from the Climb, a leadership memoir that offers real-world insights into decision-making, team-building, and creating positive organizational culture. Passionate about empowering future leaders, T Paul continues to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical leadership through his roles in teaching, authorship, and nonprofit development.
