A National Advisory Role With Real Professional Value

SCLA is accepting applications for a limited number of National Advisory Board seats. Selected members provide practical campus insight, help expand student access, and gain national recognition, CEUs, peer connection, and a $2,000 annual honorarium. 

If selected, you'll:

  • Help shape student readiness and career-focused programming
  • Share feedback on AI tools, credentials, and student engagement
  • Support the right campus pathway for student access
  • Receive national recognition, CEUs, and a $2,000 honorarium

A Clear, Manageable Commitment

This is an advisory role, not an operational assignment.

Most members participate through:

  • Two brief virtual advisory sessions annually

  • Short surveys or feedback requests
  • Optional input on emerging SCLA initiatives
  • Practical perspective on student and campus needs
  • Light-touch support helping students access SCLA resources

Estimated commitment: 2 to 4 hours per academic year.
