The above formula, as you would guess, has little to do with physics, mathematics or engineering, though perhaps we might say that it has everything to do with PERSONAL ENGINEERING. Let me explain both my formula headlined above and why I’m focused today on personal development rather than my customary advice about how to navigate your college journeys in more tactical ways.
